Imagine There Is No Talent

The more I learn about the principle of deliberate practice the more I love it. As the book says, there might be a thing we know as talent but there isn't any evidence of it. When you take a moment to think about it, the idea is very liberating.

All you have to do to excel at a subject is to work hard (in the right way). Deliberate practice is hard and not inherently enjoyable but anybody can do it.

I'm working on my own essay summarizing the concepts in the book and other research papers. More to follow!
